Cold-chain packaging
Vials are placed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs, nitrogen-sealed and sealed with tamper-evident labels.
Courier handoff & tracking
Dispatched via temperature-controlled courier. Tracking number emailed upon dispatch. Signature required on delivery.
Temperature guarantee: All packages are packed to maintain 2–8°C for a minimum of 48 hours in transit. Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is standard on all orders at no additional cost within the UK.

- Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full replacement order at no cost.
- Wrong item shipped
If you receive an incorrect compound or quantity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch the correct item immediately and arrange the return of the incorrect one.
- Purity below specification
If independent testing of your lot shows purity below our published $\ge$99% specifications, send us the third-party report. We will replace the lot or issue a full refund, at your discretion..
- Change of mind / opened product
We cannot accept returns of opened or used research compounds due to the integrity requirements of cold-chain products. Please confirm your order carefully before submitting.

All orders include cold-chain packaging at no added fee. Domestic US express shipping is complimentary on orders over $100. International orders are subject to customs and import duties payable by the recipient.

Lyophilised peptides are remarkably stable when kept dry and cold. Following these guidelines maximises the working life of your BioPura compounds.
Lyophilised (unopened)
Store at −20°C in original sealed vial. Stable for 24+ months when kept dry and away from light. Avoid frost-free freezers that cycle temperature.
Reconstituted (in solution)
Store at 2–8°C in a refrigerator. Use within 4 weeks. For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at −80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution solvents
Most peptides dissolve in sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Hydrophobic sequences may require 0.1–1% acetic acid. See your product data sheet for compound-specific guidance.
In-transit integrity
Your order is packed to maintain 2–8°C for ≥48 hours. If a package is delayed beyond this window, inspect vials on arrival and contact us immediately if there is any concern.
