No. All BioPura compounds are sold strictly and exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and development use. They are not medicinal products, supplements or medical devices, and must never be used for human or animal consumption, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Our entire core research and development pipeline is located within the UK. We maintain a fully documented, secure UK and European supply chain to ensure absolute traceability, quality control, and consistency from raw materials to the final product.
Every individual lot we release carries its own unique Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by Analiza Białek. The lot number printed on your vial matches exactly one COA, which includes the full verification details. We never rely on batch averaging or shared certificates.
We operate an aligned manufacturing facility that follows strict quality guidelines. To maintain premium quality, every lot is required to meet or exceed our standard 99% purity threshold before it is released.
All domestic orders within the United Kingdom are dispatched via Royal Mail. We default to premium, trackable services to guarantee fast, secure and reliable handling of your temperature-sensitive research materials.
We operate a strict, documented cold-chain logistics workflow. Vials are packed inside specialized insulated boxes with gel ice packs, nitrogen-sealed, and secured with tamper-evident labels. Our temperature guarantee ensures the package maintains a safe 2–8°C environment for a minimum of 48 hours while in transit.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please take a photograph of the packaging and contents and contact our laboratory within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a replacement dispatch or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Due to the strict regulatory and safety integrity requirements of temperature-controlled, cold-chain logistics, we are unable to accept returns for any opened, used or unsealed research compounds. We highly recommend that you carefully review your order details before submitting.
